You had an excellent idea to make this item. It is very comfortable, soft and warm, protects well the head, the ears, the nose and neck, without constricting or embarrassing you like a tight coatFor sure it will be a "heavy piece" for the upcoming winter and February 2027 Germany planned trip 😉. I discovered 3 ways to weare it: like a traditional balaclava, like a hood, even as a high collar. It can be worn with or without glasses and it is perfectly adjustable due its cord. I am really happy to have it!
